The Six Million Dollar Man - "Target:Steve Austin" (Season 5, Episode 89- 1977)

While the bridge doesn't "collapse" in this scene, it's extremely rickety and some of the boards break loose, lodging the RV onto the bridge. So Steve Austin has to climb down to the base of the bridge to shore it up and free the RV:
