Shot in a set bullt on Stages 22 and 23 (joined together), along with a custom-built exterior facade on the edge of the Universal Studios property, bordering Lankershim Boulevard.
Mirrors are used above the gondolas / shelving / displays, to reflect the ceiling lighting to make it look like the store is much larger than it is. 

The set was designed by Production Designer Michael Gallenberg.
