Eddie Murphy on top form as a number of male and female characters employing some impressive seamless effects work to put multiple Murphys in the frame at the same time, along with some incredible prosthetic make-up work from Oscar-winning Rick Baker. Made extensive use of Elm Street, including stunt sequences which were shot during May 2006. The film also shot town square sequences at Warner Bros Studios, presumably as Courthouse Square was in use for Ghost Whisperer.
The Elm Street house used in Norbit was also featured heavily in Garfield.
