Originally known as Pinewood Atlanta, this 288 acre facility in Fayette County, Georgia opened for business in 2014. It was renamed Trilith Studios in 2020.

Unused school buildings across the road from the under-construction studios are bought by the studio group, possibly to use as a training facility for the future workforce.
