Chinese restaurant just off the Universal property (address: 222 Universal Terrace Pky. Universal City, CA).
The building was closed and derelict between 1998 and 2013, and was even used as a movie location for Balls of Fury (which was set in a Chinese restaurant).
Between 2013 and 2014 the building was completely demolished in preparation for a new building.
