The New York Street area in the Upper Lot has recently (July 2006) taken on a life of it’s own. Rather than being just a facade painted onto a merchandise store, it’s become a thriving 1950’s New York Street scene. There are even a couple of local residents in the windows overlooking the street, and a cop to keep everyone moving.
